Job Brief:

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. They will oversee recruitment and selection processes, develop and implement HR strategies, and handle employee relations. In this role, the HR Executive must ensure compliance with all labor laws, including overtime regulations and minimum wage requirements. He must have a knowledgeable and dynamic approach in advising all issues related to factory production environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.

· Manage and supervise the HR department staff.

· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

· Maintain HR records, including employee files.

· Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.

· Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

· Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources .
  • Aptitude in recruiting, training.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Word and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
