Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager Company: Greenchillyz Location: Corporate Office Address: 2132/5140, Lewis Road, BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar Job Overview Greenchillyz is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department at our corporate office. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between management and employees, overseeing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping the company culture and ensuring we have the right talent to support our expansion in the F&B industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Management * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Greenchillyz. * Draft and update the Employee Handbook, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and corporate policies. * Advise senior management on organizational structure and manpower planning. 2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Corporate Office staff (Finance, Marketing, Operations) and Senior Outlet Management (Area Managers, Store Managers). * Create job descriptions, screen candidates, and conduct interviews. * Develop strategies to reduce attrition and improve retention in the hospitality sector. 3. Compensation & Benefits (Payroll) * Oversee the monthly payroll processing for all employees. * Ensure statutory compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act). * Review and structure salary packages to remain competitive in the market. 4. Performance Management * Implement a performance appraisal system (KPIs/KRAs) that drives high performance. * Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally. 5. Employee Engagement & Culture * Organize employee engagement activities, team dinners, and rewards & recognition programs. * Foster a positive work environment that reflects the Greenchillyz brand values. Candidate Requirements * Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. * Experience: 5–8+ years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive. * Industry Preference: Prior experience in the F&B, Hospitality (Hotels/Restaurants), or Retail sectors is highly preferred. * Skills: * Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws and HR best practices. * Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations and confidential information.
