We're seeking a proactive talent hunter passionate about sourcing top performers for our fast-paced restaurant operations, from entry-level kitchen staff to mid-level managers. If you thrive on connecting people with opportunities in the food & hospitality sector, this is your chance to make an impact on our franchise expansion. #### Key Responsibilities - **Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Manage end-to-end hiring for roles like cooks, servers, franchise managers, and corporate staff—sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, local job fairs, and employee referrals. - **Candidate Sourcing & Screening:** Post job ads on portals and social media; conduct resume reviews, phone/video screenings, and initial interviews to shortlist 5–10 candidates per role within 48 hours. - **Interview Coordination:** Partner with hiring managers (e.g., outlet leads or founders) to schedule panel interviews, assessments, and reference checks; ensure compliance with labor laws and DEI principles. - **Onboarding & Engagement:** Facilitate smooth onboarding with offer letters, background verifications, and orientation sessions; track metrics like time-to-hire (target: 85%). - **Employer Branding:** Promote GreenChillyz' culture on platforms like X (Twitter) and Instagram; attend campus drives in Odisha universities to attract fresh talent for QSR roles. - **Data Management:** Maintain ATS records (e.g., using free tools like Zoho Recruit); generate reports on recruitment KPIs for leadership review. - **Support HR Initiatives:** Assist in employee relations, exit interviews, and training needs for our growing franchise network. #### Qualifications & Skills - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred). - **Experience:** 1–3 years in recruitment, ideally in hospitality/QSR/food chains (e.g., similar to roles at Biryani By Kilo or local Odisha brands).
