Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to optimize product positioning and pricing.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations of the sales team.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to improve the overall effectiveness of the team.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with HNIs, institutional investors, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to closure and handover.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle escalations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1015 years of sales experience in the real estate sector (residential/commercial).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and regulatory environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Existing network of clients and brokers in the region.
  • Experience in handling large real estate projects (high-rise, townships, etc.).
  • Dynamic personality with a strategic mindset.
