About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead sales for our ultra-luxury residential projects in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in high-value residential real estate sales, client relationship management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for ultra-luxury residential projects.
- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with HNI & UHNI clients, channel partners, and corporate networks.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies & business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Organize and conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations leading to successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement innovative sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and buyer behavior to provide strategic inputs to management.
- Ensure smooth post-sales support in coordination with CRM & operations teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Mentor and lead sales teams, ensuring performance-driven culture and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post-Graduate with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
- 6 to 15 years of progressive experience in real estate residential sales, with at least 3+ years in luxury/ultra-luxury segment.
- Strong network of HNIs, UHNIs, IPCs & Channel Partners in NCR region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to close high-ticket transactions.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
