Role Description
The Key Account Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met while driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include developing strategic account plans, analyzing sales data, and identifying new opportunities to optimize account performance. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, creating tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and clients to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying growth opportunities.
- Exemplary Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to collaborate, negotiate, and present solutions effectively to clients.
- Previous experience in the cosmetics or wellness industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient with strong problem-solving capabilities.
