Product Fresher (MBA) – Job Description
Role Summary:
The Product Fresher joins as an entry-level team member supporting product lifecycle management. The candidate works under Product Head to assist in market research, product strategy, requirements documentation, and process improvement, with exposure to cross-functional operations in technology, marketing, and design
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer needs to inform product decision-making
Assist in creating and updating product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflows
Support cross-functional teams during product development, testing, and launch phases
Track and analyse product metrics, collect user feedback, and present data-driven insights
Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions for new features and enhancements
Monitor regulatory and compliance updates, especially in fintech contexts
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
MBA degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and communication skills with problem-solving orientation
Basic understanding of product development cycles and agile methodologies
Familiarity with technology platforms, tools and digital products
Teamwork, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
Prior internship or project experience in product management or fintech is an advantage (not mandatory)
