**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years in a marketing strategist or similar role, preferably in a digital-first environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.

**Key Competencies**:
1.Market Analysis and Research:

- Conduct thorough research to identify target audience segments, market demands, and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.

2.Strategic Planning:

- Develop and refine marketing strategies to support product launches, campaigns, and long-term business objectives.
- Align marketing initiatives with brand positioning and revenue goals.

3.Campaign Execution and Management:

- Oversee the execution of campaigns from ideation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

4.Content Strategy:

- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling copy, visuals, and videos tailored to specific audiences.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with the brand's tone and voice.

5.Collaboration:

- Work with sales, product development, and customer service teams to create unified messaging.
- Partner with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to achieve campaign goals.

6.Innovation and Optimization:

- Test and implement new marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong grasp of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
