Ensuring products are packed in a proper fashion and timely dispatches are ensured.
- Generating manifests & dispatch labels for the orders and handing them over to the courier team for timely dispatches.
- Maintaining a record of all orders, dispatches, and tracking
- Follow up on pick up disputes and address in a timely manner
- Follow up on product returns and cancellations.
- Filling of order labels, invoices & manifests for all the platforms.
- Coordinating with the production team on timelines & delivery dates for clients.
- Maintain a stock of other warehouse inventory like stationery, packaging material, and place orders well in advance
- Share weekly reports with the operations team & with the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
