**Job Title**:Online Sales Executive & Customer Engagement Support (Clothing & Garments)**
**Location**: Chetpet
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in online sales of ethnic wear (sarees, kurtis, salwars, or related garments)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage online sales channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Website, etc.)
- Assist customers with product selection, size guidance, styling, and purchase process
- Handle order processing, coordination with dispatch/logistics, and post-sales support
- Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, and incomplete orders to increase conversions
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer engagement metrics
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online sales of sarees, kurtis, salwars, or other women’s ethnic wear
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (as required)
- Familiarity with social media selling, online customer service tools, and basic Excel
- Experience in using e-commerce platforms
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable with flexible working hours (if needed for responding to online customers)
**Note: Good English communication is Must and More**
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
