**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and recommend the best-suited products.
- Manage and optimize online platforms (e-commerce sites, company website, social media).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement innovative sales strategies.
- Maintain and analyze sales records, generating actionable insights and reports.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in online sales or customer service.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken) is mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce tools.
- **Personal Attributes**: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, result-oriented, and a great team player.
