Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Controllership

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for Cargo and Fuel Farm.
  • Prepare management dashboards, presentations, and annual reports.
  • Conduct cost analysis and implement cost control measures.
  • Review and approve NFAs in line with Company DOA.
  • Manage receivables/payables and resolve vendor/customer issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for special projects and event-based requirements.

2. Budgeting, MIS & Strategic Planning

  • Prepare and review monthly Finance MIS and present to management.
  • Scrutinize expenses (GL-wise, cost centre-wise) and highlight budget vs actual deviations.
  • Maintain Capex tracker and ensure timely capitalization.
  • Lead annual budget and STRAP planning for unit-wise and consolidated levels.
  • Implement and leverage Microsoft Power BI for MIS automation and analytics.
  • Conduct Activity-Based Costing (ABC) analysis and validate cost-saving initiatives.
  • Engage with senior leadership (CEO, CEO offices) for strategic insights.

3. Tax Compliance & Advisory

  • Ensure timely and accurate direct tax compliances and support tax team for advance tax computations.
  • Coordinate with auditors for transfer pricing documentation and support tax audit.
  • Liaise with consultants through CATO for tax advisory, representation, and litigation.
  • Resolve GST reconciliations issues and support resolution of them.

4. Audit & Governance Support to BU process

  • Support statutory audits (quarterly, half-yearly, annual) and internal audits.
  • Ensure adherence to DOA and governance of related party transactions.
  • Track and improve BU scorecards for Cargo, Fuel Farm, and site operations.
  • Validate insurance claims and ensure regulatory submissions (e.g., AERA).
 

Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance)
  • 3–10 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or logistics sectors.
