Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities and ensuring

accurate reporting and analysis. They will play a key role in P&L report preparation and presentation,

GAAP entry preparation, provision checking and variance analysis, Korea Report PL & BS & COGM

preparation, LE reporting, monthly management reporting, and more. This role requires collaboration

with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate financial information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly P&L reports, variance analysis, collaborating with Sales MIS, DF,

Purchase, Legal, IT, and Marketing teams for provision accounting.

• Handle GAAP accounting, Corporate accounting, and corporate finance accounting, preparation

on a monthly basis.

• Assist in Annual Budgeting and estimated financials preparation and presentation.

• Monthly & quarterly P&L, BS & COGM reporting and variance analysis.

• Deliver monthly management presentations with investment, cash flow, and business plan

updates.

• Assist monthly factory closing process, ensuring provision accuracy, and assessing cost

implications before closing.

• Participate in meetings, discussions, and query resolution related to financial matters.

• Engage in quarterly audit query discussions and finalization with external audit.

• Assist in statutory audit reporting and finalization on a yearly basis.

• Handling cost saving project, reporting and presentation.

• Responsible for end to end finance operations for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's

degree preferred).

Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA.

10+ years of experience in finance management or related roles.

• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and

regulatory requirements.

• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Team management skills.

Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

• Experience with SAP implementation and monitoring is a plus.
