Role Overview

We are seeking a Co-Founder
to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping BOCS Network's growth journey.

This is a
full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad
, with flexibility for candidates open to relocating to
Ahmedabad or Noida
.

You will work closely with the founding team to drive strategy, business development, and brand expansion while helping build the next-generation ecosystem for startups and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and execute strategic, operational, and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead initiatives for business partnerships, collaborations, and product-market growth.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for scaling.
  • Collaborate on marketing, outreach, and platform development strategies.
  • Represent the brand in startup, investor, and industry forums.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3–5 years of professional experience
    , preferably with exposure to
    startup or early-stage environments
    .
  • Strong
    business acumen, analytical
    , and
    strategic thinking
    abilities.
  • Excellent
    communication and relationship management
    skills.
  • Prior experience in
    sales, marketing, business development, or operations
    is preferred.
  • A strong
    entrepreneurial mindset
    and ability to work collaboratively with founders.
  • Based in
    Ahmedabad
    or willing to
    relocate
    to Ahmedabad/Noida.
