About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven
Financial Controller
to lead financial management across all
Prasang companies and directors' portfolios
.

This is a key leadership position for someone who can combine day-to-day financial control with strategic thinking — implementing systems, driving efficiencies, and preparing the organization for scale. The role is designed as a
CFO track
position, with a clear growth path over the next five years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight:
    Manage and consolidate financial operations across all Prasang entities and directors' personal accounts.
  • System Implementation:
    Build and streamline accounting systems, financial reporting formats, and dashboards for transparency and control.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting:
    Develop predictive cash flow models, manage budgets, and support data-backed business decisions.
  • Savings & Optimization:
    Drive cost efficiency through payment strategy, credit card optimization, vendor negotiations, and smarter procurement.
  • Compliance & Coordination:
    Partner with CAs for audits, taxation, and statutory filings, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
  • Reporting:
    Create clear, actionable management reports and insights for leadership.
  • Finance Technology:
    Champion use of Microsoft 365, Excel, Tally, and emerging finance software to automate and enhance financial processes.

Who You Are

  • 5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business control.
  • Strong command of
    Microsoft 365, Excel, and Tally
    ; comfortable learning new software and automation tools.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably
    intermediate / semi-qualified CA
    background.
  • Analytical, structured, and reliable — with an eye for detail and efficiency.
  • Ambitious and ready to grow into a
    CFO role
    as the organization expands.
