Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a well-established FMCG distribution business specializing in route-to-market van sales. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a solid track record in financial leadership and operations.

The CFO will be responsible for leading end-to-end financial functions, including budgeting, financial planning & analysis, cash flow management, compliance, and internal controls. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong ERP system experience (preferably ODOO or SAP B1), who can streamline processes, drive cost efficiency, and support business strategy.

Youll work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and ensure the companys financial health aligns with long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Ensure timely financial reporting and statutory compliance
  • Manage working capital, cash flow, and cost optimization
  • Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems
  • Oversee ERP implementation and financial automation (ODOO/SAP B1)
  • Drive strategic financial decisions in alignment with business goals
  • Support the operational and commercial teams with financial insights

Mandatory Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (CPA/ACCA)
  • Expertise in ERP systems (ODOO or SAP B1)
  • Strong experience in FMCG finance and distribution operations
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
