Role Description

  1. Hands on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and record to report
  2. Liasoning with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure
  3. Stakeholder Management
  4. Knowledge of IND AS, Sch III Requirements, CARO compliance, SAP, Stakeholder Management, Related Party Transactions, GST & Income Tax, and SEBI LODR, Oversee budgeting
  5. Well versed with Technology transformation projects
  6. Exposure of Leading teams
  7. Knowledge of SAP is must

Qualifications & Skill :

  • Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Accounting practices and standards
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or Chartered Accountant
