Role Overview: As a Showroom Coordinator, your role will involve studying the features of all products available at the showroom to ensure a comprehensive understanding. You will be responsible for setting up the products in an outstanding condition and supervising their use to prevent any damage. Maintaining accurate records of customer contact information and preferences is crucial to deliver excellent service during each visit. Additionally, creating a welcoming environment by greeting customers, offering assistance, and helping them select items based on their needs and budgets are key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Study the features of all products available at the showroom to ensure a comprehensive understanding. - Set up the products in an outstanding condition and supervise their use to prevent any damage. - Maintain accurate records of customer contact information and preferences to deliver excellent service. - Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers, offering assistance, and helping them select items based on their needs and budgets. - Manage and update product information in computer databases. - Resolve any strain and conflict between staff members to promote a jovial and productive workplace environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. - At least 1 year of experience in Reception/Front Desk duties. - Proficiency in basic English. Please note that the showroom is located in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-i, Delhi, Delhi, and the position requires in-person work. Reliability in commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
