The Goal will be to ensure store team is driving Dcor category sales and are adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create delightful experience for customers. What You'll Do - Driving Sales thru store staff - Drive Store level GMV and Revenue - Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff. - Maintain customer level Index. - Meeting customers for conversion - Drive on ground Demand generation activities. - Dealer servicing - Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same. - Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT - Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store - Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC - Execution of Hygiene areas - Drive Store Operational excellence - Focus on effective usage of Digital journey leading to customer conversion - Team training - Team grooming in coordination with central training team. - Team recruitment What You'll Need - Proven experience as a Senior Salesperson in Dcor showroom - Ability to manage multiple customers in various stages of sales conversion. - Outstanding negotiation skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - A team player with leadership abilities
