Job Description Job Description - Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler options. - Explain product details, pricing, and financing options clearly and effectively. - Coordinate with the sales and operations team for vehicle availability and test rides. - Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads to drive conversions. - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to inquiries and follow-ups. - Ensure showroom hygiene, branding, and display standards are maintained. - Support post-sale customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and feedback collection. - Manage documentation support for vehicle delivery (RC transfer, insurance, etc.) in coordination with the operations team. Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline. - Experience: 13 years in customer service, showroom sales, or retail (automotive experience preferred). - Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer orientation and problem-solving attitude. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Language: Proficiency in English and local language (Tamil/Kannada) and Hindi
