Job Title: Sr. IT Recruiter

Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an Seasoned Sr IT Recruiter with 5–8 years of experience in both domestic and US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management, with a strong understanding of IT skill sets and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Work on both domestic and US IT hiring requirements (permanent and contract roles).
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client recruitment policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with exposure to both domestic and US markets.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexible to work across different time zones, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/BTech

Mode of work: Work from office with flexible working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
