Job Summary:
Cronisys IT LLC is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in IT staffing and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. You will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building vendor relationships, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market available consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC) to vendors and clients.
- Source requirements from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
- Submit consultants to suitable job openings and follow up on interview schedules.
- Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors and clients.
- Maintain relationships with consultants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS or Excel.
- Prepare consultants for interviews and assist with onboarding.
- Maintain daily and weekly activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT staffing or bench sales.
- Familiarity with visa types and US recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace.
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with OPT/CPT candidates.
- Exposure to full-cycle recruitment and vendor management.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
