Open Positions & Compensation
1. Branch Sales Officer
- CTC: Up to 6 LPA
- Gender Requirement: Male Candidates Only
- Work Type: Field / Branch Sales
2. Inside Sales Executive
- CTC: Up to 4 LPA
- Gender Requirement: Female Candidates Only
- Work Type: Inside / Tele Sales
Key Responsibilities
Common Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines
Role-Specific Responsibilities
Branch Sales Officer (Male)
- Manage branch-level and field sales operations
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings
- Develop local market presence and channel partnerships
- Drive revenue through on-ground sales activities
Inside Sales Executive (Female)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct follow-ups and close sales remotely
- Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and customer-centric mindset
- Notice period must be less than 15 days
- Face-to-face interview only
- Willingness to work as per business requirements
