We are hiring motivated and performance-driven sales professionals across multiple locations in India. Candidates should be customer-focused, target-oriented, and available to join at short notice.

Open Positions & Compensation

1. Branch Sales Officer

  • CTC: Up to 6 LPA
  • Gender Requirement: Male Candidates Only
  • Work Type: Field / Branch Sales

2. Inside Sales Executive

  • CTC: Up to 4 LPA
  • Gender Requirement: Female Candidates Only
  • Work Type: Inside / Tele Sales

Key Responsibilities

Common Responsibilities (Both Roles)

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution
  • Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Branch Sales Officer (Male)

  • Manage branch-level and field sales operations
  • Conduct market visits and customer meetings
  • Develop local market presence and channel partnerships
  • Drive revenue through on-ground sales activities

Inside Sales Executive (Female)

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Conduct follow-ups and close sales remotely
  • Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and customer-centric mindset
  • Notice period must be less than 15 days
  • Face-to-face interview only
  • Willingness to work as per business requirements
