Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Enablement Associate-Inside Sales based on-site in Chandigarh. The Sales Enablement Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in the sales process to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Account Management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
