
Marketplace Associate( Commerce)

The Marketplace Associate plays a crucial role in managing our e-commerce operations by coordinating with external marketplaces and optimizing product listings to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. This position is essential in ensuring the success and growth of our online marketplace presence.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of product listings on various marketplace platforms.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and competitive pricing across different marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility, promotions, and advertising strategies.
- Coordinate with external partners to resolve any marketplace-related issues or discrepancies.
- Analyze marketplace data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improve product positioning.
- Implement strategies to drive traffic and improve conversion rates on marketplace listings.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and pricing strategies.
- Support in the development and implementation of marketplace expansion initiatives.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketplace-specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, including product content and pricing guidelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to marketplace transactions.
- Contribute to the overall e-commerce strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on marketplace performance.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience working in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various online marketplace platforms and their operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple marketplace tasks.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in product listings and data analysis.
- Proficiency in using marketplace seller central interfaces and e-commerce management tools.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Problem-solving mindset to address marketplace challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, product merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Adaptability to changes in marketplace policies, technology, and industry trends.
- Experience in implementing marketplace optimization strategies to drive sales and traffic.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and the ability to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
