- Create product listings in online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour and others
- Manage the company's e-commerce platform and marketplace accounts
- Process the online orders and keep a track of the orders
- Update inventory and offers on regular basis
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to optimize online presence
- Support Finance Team with payment reconciliations
- Track and report key performance metrics related to online sales and marketplace performance
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on marketplace platforms

**Qualification**
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and marketplace operations especially in noon, amazon, and other marketplaces in uae
- Strong understanding of online retail trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and marketplace tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
