We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our dynamic team. As an E-commerce Associate, you will play a key role in managing our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for e-commerce, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of online marketing, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
1. Product Management:

- Upload new products to the online store, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

2. Order Fulfillment:

- Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.

3. Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

- Assist in the execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and other online platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (required)
