Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be the first touchpoint for many of our potential clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, curious about leadership development, and motivated to build consultative sales skills. You'll work closely with senior team members to identify leads, make first-level calls, qualify opportunities, and support conversions into lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Engagement

  • Research and identify potential leads across target sectors
  • Make first-level calls/emails to prospects and introduce PIVUT
  • Warm up conversations before passing them to senior sales leaders

Discovery & Qualification

  • Support discovery calls to understand client requirements and pain points
  • Qualify opportunities based on fit and potential impact
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with senior stakeholders

Sales Conversations & Conversion Support

  • Assist senior sales leaders in preparing for client conversations and proposals
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain momentum and build trust
  • Share PIVUT's offerings clearly and confidently at your level

Pipeline & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records in CRM and track lead status
  • Ensure timely follow-ups so no opportunities are missed
  • Support reporting on pipeline health and progress

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Ability to find leads and confidently make first-level calls
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Curiosity to learn about leadership development and consultative sales
  • High ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Confidence to engage with professionals at senior levels (training will be provided)
