Sales Representative

Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and Implement Sales Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Set Sales Targets: Establish clear sales goals and monitor the team's performance against these objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate with the marketing department to implement product promotions, pricing strategies, and pricing policies.
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, Train, and Motivate: Hire, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Coaching and Feedback: Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Performance Management: Set performance metrics, conduct regular meetings, and track the team's achievements.
Client and Distributor Management
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage key client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Channel Management: Manage relationships with distributors and dealers and expand distribution channels.
- Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with the company's profitability goals.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Problem Solving: Act as a point of contact for sales-related issues and ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
