Job Description – Performance Marketing Manager

Salary 4 LPA to 6 LPA

Experience 2 to 4 years

We are a house of D2C brands in the Home and Hygiene consumer space with interests in categories like Household Cleaners, Appliance Cleaners, Air Fresheners, Repellents, Fabric Care, Auto Care and Shoe Care. We were founded in April 2022 and are already in-market with our first brand Klenzmo, India's first Appliance Cleaner brand, and Kleenest – Safe and Efficacious Home care brand. Over the last year we have served over consumers across pin codes through marketplaces.

With our eyes set on the future, we have now gone live with our website, and plan to launch new brands and categories. With Business ready to scale superfast we look for a core team member as Performance Marketing Manager.

Opportunity

Be part of our growth journey as we build our brands in the Home & Hygiene space and give the consumer a true omni-channel experience. Immerse yourself in managing end-to-end operations of growing the brand across e-commerce and retail channels.

Ideal Incumbent

We are looking for talented, creative, maverick and hands-on individuals with the following expectations:

  • Plan and run marketing campaigns to attract new customers across different channels like social media, search engines, and online ads to boost sales and get better returns on ads spend (ROAS).

  • Use data and analysis to review how campaigns are doing and make improvements based on what the numbers show.

  • Spot problems in marketing performance and find out what's causing them using tools like Google Analytics.

  • Share complex insights in a simple way by creating easy-to-read reports and dashboards that track important metrics like campaign results, marketing spend ROI, event success, and more.

  • Stay up to date with new and important performance metrics to better manage and improve marketing efforts.

  • Show clear improvements in return on investment (ROI) and lower the cost of gaining customers (CPA) across all channels.

Skills Required

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or IT.
  • Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads.

Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
