Mumbai BD Logistics Experience : 2 to 5 yrs Skills Required : Job Summary : Job Description The company is looking for an emerging Business Development Manager who can work directly with the founders and build the entire revenue stream from the scratch. This person will be the face of the company for clients to initiate and maintain the relationships with the clients. The work at LogiNext is very fast paced, sometimes chaotic, and hence, you must be able to multi-task to deal smoothly with competing and conflicting levels of priority. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for first-hand early-age start-up experience from an all-round perspective. Responsibilities Prepare and exceed sales targets set for SME sales across different verticals. Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports. Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs. Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market. Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans. Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company for all products and services. Maintain and manage the financial forecast and cost module projections for new business submission. Requirements MBA in Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field from top-tier management school or domain and, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales in the software, express logistics, or supply chain management industry. Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organizations, including senior level executives. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and work under continual pressure. Knowledge of inbound and outbound sales execution. Superior communication and relationship building skills (Has to be a sweet talker) Expert in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Power point and Word Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
