Sales Coordinator – Spices & FMCG

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Salary: ₹3 – 12 LPA (Based on Experience)

Languages Required: English & Marathi

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator with a strong background or interest in the spices industry. The ideal candidate will support our sales team, coordinate with distributors and retailers, and assist in driving sales growth in the spices and FMCG segment.

This role is perfect for candidates looking to build a career in FMCG sales with a focus on spices, seasonings, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities for the spices & FMCG portfolio
  • Maintain and update sales reports using MS Excel
  • Prepare presentations and sales decks using MS PowerPoint
  • Support field sales operations, visiting distributors and retailers using a two-wheeler
  • Track inventory, sales data, and assist in market and competitor analysis
  • Help execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches in the spices segment
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth order execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales coordination, preferably in spices, seasonings, or FMCG food products
  • Strong command of English and Marathi
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Own a two-wheeler for field visits
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
