Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and exceed sales targets for spices products in your area.

2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

4. Analyze competitors’ activities to develop effective sales strategies.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

6. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.

7. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales objectives.

8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market analysis to management.

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

10. Organize and participate in promotional events and product demonstrations.

11. Work closely with the sales team and distributors to ensure smooth operations.

12. Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Understanding of spices products and the FMCG market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
