**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver clear and professional communication—both written and verbal—with internal teams and customers.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Oversee the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Handle end-to-end order processing, ensure timely order preparation, and follow up on pending payments.
- Address and resolve queries related to dispatches and provide ongoing sales support.
- Assist the sales team in preparing business proposals and client presentations.
- Coordinate directly with customers for updates, inquiries, and relationship management.
- Track sales orders and regularly update relevant department heads.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree B.E/B.Tech, or B.Sc Science
- 3-8 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- **Age Criteria**: 28-40 years.
