**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, tracking sales performance, and preparing sales proposals.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information in a timely manner.

2**. **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits of sales records and update records as needed.

3. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) to analyze sales data and generate reports that provide insights into sales performance and trends.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

4. **Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement efficient sales processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

5. **Sales Metrics and Forecasting**:

- Assist in forecasting sales trends based on historical data and market analysis.
- Monitor sales targets and performance against goals, providing feedback and recommendations.

6. **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and complies with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

7. **Communication**:

- Coordinate communications between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure alignment and timely responses.
- Prepare and present findings and reports during team meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
