**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing the administrative aspects of the sales process, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring that client expectations are met. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a focus on driving efficiency in the sales pipeline and contributing to business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with managing leads, opportunities, and client communications.
- Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with relevant client and sales data.
**Pipeline Management**:
- Track the progress of sales activities from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
- Assist in forecasting and analyzing trends to support decision-making.
**Client Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact for clients during the sales process, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Liaise between the sales team and other departments (e.g., account management, creative, SEO, PPC) to ensure smooth on boarding and delivery of digital marketing services.
- Ensure that client expectations are managed effectively throughout the sales process.
**Proposal & Presentation Development**:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling presentations and customized digital marketing proposals tailored to each client.
- Ensure that all sales collateral is up-to-date and aligned with the agency’s branding.
**Administrative Support**:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining sales documents.
- Support the invoicing process by providing necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy.
- Organize and maintain a library of case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
**Cross-department Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
- Support the on boarding process by coordinating internal teams and helping to manage client expectations.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and new opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing innovations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Understanding of the sales funnel and client journey in a B2B digital marketing context.
