
Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound queries, qualify leads, and direct them to the appropriate sales channels.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- **Sales Coordination**:
- Work closely with the field sales team to support sales efforts.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or demos for the sales team.
- Ensure proper documentation and update CRM systems with lead details.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and strategies.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and customer interactions to the sales manager.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of daily calls made (Target: 80-100).
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Conversion rate of leads to sales.
- Customer satisfaction rating.
- Timely updates and accuracy in CRM entries.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.

- Sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Multitasking and time management.
- Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical understanding of E-Rickshaw, E-Auto, or battery products is an advantage (training will be provided).
