**Job Title : Sales Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and managing customer relationships
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events with clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, such as proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Assist in developing and maintaining sales databases, spreadsheets, and other tools
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure timely delivery of sales collateral
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in sales administration or a related field
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
