Sales Coordinator

We have 6 manufacturing Units and have a strong Pan India presence through Offices/ Showrooms/ Application centers/Depots in many major cities of the country. **Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: **Sales Support**: - Assist the sales team by processing customer orders and handling inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Maintain and update the customer database and ensure all sales records are accurate. - Coordinate with customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to products or services. **Order Management**: - Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups. - Communicate with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any delivery delays or issues. **Sales Documentation and Reporting**: - Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. - Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and maintain records of all customer communications. - Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts as needed. **Customer Interaction**: - Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, ensuring that all customer queries are answered promptly and professionally. - Provide excellent customer service by maintaining positive and long-term relationships with clients. **Sales Coordination**: - Coordinate with different departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations. - Support sales team members with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and other sales-related tasks. **Follow-ups and Communication**: - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services and resolve any post-sales issues. - Manage communication between clients and the internal team to ensure client needs are met. **Qualifications & Skills**: - **Proficiency in English** (both written and spoken) is a must. - A Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent. - Previous 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues with professionalism. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documentation. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Customer-focused attitude and ability to build strong client relationships. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Sales: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
