**Sales Coordinator**

**Designation - Factory Coordinator (Sales & Support Dept.)**

**Location: Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan**

**Salary: 15,000-20,000 per month**

**Function: Inside Support**

**CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE AYURVEDIC, HEALTHCARE, ORGANIC, PERSONAL CARE, COSMETICS PRODUCTS BACKGROUND.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily sales updates (Query Leg, EOD Report, Production Tracker)
- Handle sales inquiries from the team, customers, and offline sources.
- Coordinate with departments for order processing, production, and dispatch.
- Provide batch numbers, order status updates, and invoices to the Sales Team.
- Ensure timely billing and payment collection from clients.
- Track order progress from production to delivery.
- Maintain sales records, recurring orders, and monthly targets.
- Handle client meetings, factory visits, and cross-selling.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in Sales Coordination or Order Management Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce/Business preferred).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and multi-tasking ability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Full-time role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
