**Job Summary**:
The Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive is responsible for efficiently planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling all stages of jewellery manufacturing — from raw material issuance to final product delivery. The role ensures smooth coordination between departments to meet production targets, maintain timelines, and optimize resource utilization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order requirements and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with departments such as Design, CAD, Casting, Filling, Setting, Polishing, and QC for smooth workflow and timely order completion.
- Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks; propose corrective actions to maintain schedules.
- Maintain detailed records of job movements, work orders, and material usage through ERP or manual systems.
- Prepare and share production status reports with management on a regular basis.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to minimize wastage and downtime.
- Work closely with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure adherence to quality standards and reduce rework.
- Assist in capacity planning, forecasting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication between departments and support the management in achieving production KPIs.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Jewellery Manufacturing background preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in the jewellery or manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Knowledge of jewellery production processes and workflow
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or production tracking software
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Problem-solving and time-management skills

Pay: ₹13,461.25 - ₹40,000.38 per month
