About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer with experience or interest in spices, masala, FMCG, confectionery, biscuits, or chocolates. The candidate will support the sales team, coordinate with distributors and retailers, and help drive business growth in the Pune region.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to develop a career in FMCG sales while working with fast-moving consumer products and gaining hands-on field experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in daily operations and sales activities
  • Maintain and update sales reports and records using MS Excel
  • Prepare presentations and sales decks using MS PowerPoint
  • Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and clients to ensure smooth sales execution
  • Support the implementation of promotions, campaigns, and product launches
  • Monitor inventory, sales data, and market trends
  • Travel locally using a two-wheeler to support field activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales coordination or field sales, preferably in spices, masala, confectionery, biscuits, or chocolates
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong command over English and Marathi
  • Own a two-wheeler for local travel
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
