**Products to Promote**
- **Jowar Puffs** - Cheese | Peri Peri | Swadesh Masala
- **Millet Crackers** - Swadesh Masala | Herbs & Cheese
- **Millet Granola Bars** - Chocolate | Cranberry | Seeds Mix
- **Millet Cookies** - Multigrain | Chocolate | Nuts & Seeds

**Daily Role Overview**

**Per Day Work Hours**: 8-9 hours (including short breaks)
**Payment**: Fixed per day

**Daily Responsibilities**
- **Sampling** - Offer hygienic tastings to visitors.
- **Brand Communication** - Explain product USPs:

- Baked, not fried
- Millet-based
- Gluten-free
- No maida or palm oil
- Good source of protein & prebiotic fiber
- No artificial preservatives
- **Customer Engagement** - Answer queries on taste, nutrition, and sourcing.
- **On-Spot Sales Push** - Promote offers, guide purchases.
- **Lead Collection** - Collect visitor details for follow-ups.
- **Display Management** - Keep counters clean, attractive, and well-stocked.

**Promoter Requirements**
- **Languages**: English, Hindi, Marathi (preferred).
- Friendly, energetic, and confident communicator.
- Prior experience in **FMCG/food sampling** preferred.
- Good presentation & hygiene habits.
- Able to stand for long hours and work in event crowds.

**Provided by Farm Growers**
- Product training before event day.
- Branded t-shirts/aprons & display material.
- FAQ sheet with product benefits & talking points.

**Performance Evaluation (Daily)**
- Number of samples served.
- Number of sales / sign-ups.
- Customer engagement quality.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 4 days

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per day
