**Product Promotion**: Actively engage with customers, explaining the benefits and features of products to drive sales.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- **Customer Interaction**: Establish rapport with customers, answer their inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations.
- **Product Demonstration**: Demonstrate the use of products in-store or at promotional events to showcase their value.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather customer feedback on products and relay insights to the marketing and sales teams to improve product offerings.
- **Brand Representation**: Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude while representing the brand at all times.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure product displays are well-stocked, clean, and organized, and manage stock levels during promotions.
- **Promotional Materials**: Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, samples, or discounts to enhance customer interest and awareness.
- **Event Participation**: Participate in product launch events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily or weekly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory status to management.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
