**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales promotion strategies and campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, including product launches, in-store promotions, trade shows, and special events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content.
- Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to measure the effectiveness of promotional activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure the best terms for promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed of industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage budgets for promotional activities and ensure all campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Track and report on the performance of sales promotion campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative promotional strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
