**Job Summary**:
The Modern Trade Promoter is responsible for promoting Chheda's products in modern trade outlets. This role involves enhancing brand visibility, increasing sales, ensuring product availability, and maintaining excellent relationships with store management and staff. The Modern Trade Promoter will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving targets within modern trade channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion and Display**:

- Ensure Chheda's products are prominently displayed in modern trade outlets.
- Set up promotional displays and in-store activations to attract customers.
- Monitor and maintain product visibility, ensuring products are placed in high-traffic areas.
- **Sales Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and explaining product benefits.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate product availability.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information and answer customer queries.
- Gather customer feedback and report to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Coordinate with store management to implement promotions and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, promotions, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Merchandising**:

- Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and correctly priced.
- Conduct regular store visits to check product positioning and shelf space.
- Address any issues related to product placement or stock discrepancies.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Share best practices with peers and provide guidance to new team members.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum requirement is of HSC.
- **Experience**: Fresher or at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. Experience in modern trade is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
