**Job Title: Sales Promoter**

**Job Location: Worli, Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up attractive product displays to enhance visibility and appeal.
- Generate sales through effective customer engagement and promoting the brand.
- Coordinate with store and floor managers to ensure proper product supply, sampling, and timely sales reporting.
- Conduct product sampling activities to boost customer interest.
- Build and maintain thorough product knowledge and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members while taking initiative in day-to-day activities

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (a must).
- Proven experience as a Sales Promoter or in a similar sales role.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage customer queries and concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in setting up displays and managing promotional activities is preferred.

**Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday**

11.00 am to 7:00 pm

**About TBOF**:Located in Maharashtra, India, Two Brothers Organic Farms follows the principles of organic and naturalfarming methods. We prioritize the use of natural fertilizers, composting, crop rotation, and biological pestcontrol to ensure the health and fertility of the soil. The farm avoids synthetic chemicals, pesticides, andgenetically modified organisms (GMOs) in its farming practices.Our primary goal is to increase three circles:
1. Circle of farmers doing sustainable agriculture

2. Circle of co-workers: Giving more socially humane standards to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
