Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Promoter located in Mumbai. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting Gotails products, engaging with potential customers, and driving purchase decisions. Key duties include demonstrating product features, answering customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales activities to achieve targets. Coordination with the sales team for ongoing promotions and feedback collection will also be part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and address their queries.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Promotion techniques to drive product awareness and conversions.
- Basic understanding of Operating Systems for managing sales records and promotional tools.
- Enthusiastic, approachable demeanor and an ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or pet care industries is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in sales being advantageous.
