**1. ROLE OBJECTIVES -**The mandate of the position is to manage the day-to-day Chicken Vicken store’s operations

**2. ACCOUNTABILITIES -**

a) Day to day 100% sales Monitoring target Vs Achievement.

b) Up Selling & cross selling skill

c) Store Visits & SOP monitoring

d) To ensuring store Hygiene & cleaning

e) BTL activities executions

f) Monthly schemes & offer stock availability check

g) Innovative ideas to drive offtakes and increase in sales.

i) Suggesting franchise for referral lead

**3.** **SOP & Store Operations**

a) Ensuring franchise partners are following 100% SOP

b) Reverting to QAQC team for internal /External audits

c) Ensuring 100 % POS machine for customers billing.

d) Ensuring 100% marketing material execution.

e) Monitoring customer selling rates as per company specifications.

f) Controlling franchise for non branded SKU

g) Responsible for stock availability of Raw Chicken,VAP Products, Eggs & Masala and other Value added products of VEG, and other range of products to be launched.

h) Customer feedback & service

i) Handling customers complaints if any.

**4)**. **Liaising with franchise partners for BTL acclivities**

a) BTL activities Execution

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
