Role holder responsible for sales fulfilment in designated area and building business by sustaining long lasting relationships with strategic partners and customer to achieve set individual goals.

Planning, Strategy & Financials
- Understand the sales strategy for the General Trade business at BCCL for the achievement of annual sales targets, expansion and retention of market / customer base and development of a strong brand proposition
- Facilitate developing a robust sales & distribution channel for the allocated area
- Revenue growth
- Sales Volume

Operational/ Functional
- Contribute towards design of sales plan and goals for local area by generating business insights, dealer and stockiest/ super-stockists’ input and customer feedback
- Provide accurate demand forecasting for designated area factoring constraints and contingencies and facilitate meeting that demand and ensuring availability of product by efficient inventory management
- Develop competitive awareness by on the ground presence and propose campaigns to push BCCL products and boost sales volume
- Maintain excellent relationships with local vendors and retailers to ensure prime shelf space for BCCL product portfolio
- Conduct market research and resolve concerns and queries to deliver customer delight
- Help facilitate marketing campaigns and prepare report on expenses, orders, etc.

- Customer Satisfaction Score (NPS)

People/ Self Development
- Seek requisite developmental support/ inputs from the leadership and strive for self-development, both functional and behavioral
- Undergo training as required for self-development
- Update self-knowledge base to cater the organization need
- Completion of Training programs

Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Ensure adherence to standard framework and uniform processes and escalate matters in case of non-compliance
- Collect requisite data collection from stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely MIS and strict adherence to local and organizational guidelines
- Accuracy of data collection

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
